• Truthful and accurate information about available in-home childcare employment opportunities, including a description of job duties and working conditions, hours, salary, and benefits.
  
• An agreement which defines the working conditions to be negotiated between the candidate and the employer.

A written explanation regarding application fees and/or agency services applicable to the candidate; such information will be provided during the interview process and prior to placement or referral for employment

All nannies and housekeepers must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 20 years old
  
• A high school graduate or equivalent
  
• Must be legal to work in the United States
  
• Have a valid driver's license and in some cases must have their own transportation
  
• Must provide references that the agency and families may contact
  
• A minimum of 2 years childcare experience (not including children related to them)
  
• At least one year prior professional experience (prior daycare, nanny, teaching, etc.)
  
• CPR certified or willing to renew
• May be required to take few hours in child crafts prior to placement
